With 2017 just around the corner everybody is getting ready for wild parties and planning resolutions. The thing about resolutions is that not many people stick to them. Well, maybe it’s time to change that, here are some New Year's resolutions that you can stick to with the help of a friend.
1. Quit a habit together
If there is a habit that you know isn’t helping you in any way that you’ve been wanting to get rid of, find a buddy who has that same habit and resolve together to give it up. You can keep a check on each other to track progress. Be it smoking, reducing alcohol, procrastination or anything else. It’s time to kick the habit.
2. Biking with your buddy
Always planning vacations but not going anywhere? Don’t worry, here’s something you can do with your best buddy. This new year, resolve to do a bike trip. With wind in your hair and a complete motorcycle experience, let it be just your buddy, you, some tarmac and machines.
3. Losing that tummy
New Year’s is the time when fitness centres and gyms make the most money. Everyone is kicked about hitting the gym, but the resolution if usually broken with the first month. Resolve to stick to the gym, get a friend to accompany you, so that you will be motivated and have some competition to busting that gut.
